Hello folks, yes it is true, most of my family is stranded here in Mexico. We have booked flights home April 24th (about a month earlier than planned). Westjet has flights starting back up again on April 22nd. We will see what is happening in the world by then. I love Westjet!! Until then I am taking it one day at a time. Trying to relax and enjoy the perfect weather. This morning it is so beautiful and tranquil here that I can’t imaging leaving and coming back to being housebound in Manitoba. But there is something to be said for the comforts of home, the familiarity of the system and being close to family. It is hard to really enjoy paradise with the nagging thoughts of this world event. I am very happy for the earth and the recovery it is making with all the pollution on hold. What does the future hold for us? I am so sorry we had to close Lady of the Lake. I know how much you enjoy the outings. (Yesterday we delivered a birthday gift certificate wrapped up pretty.) I believe that we must continue to work on our spiritual growth. When we get too complacent we are faced with an adversity that takes us back to what is important. And to remember how powerful we are. Our minds are just freakin’ amazing... so think good thoughts folks. I wanted to let you know that we are just fine here. The days come and go in their simplicity.
