BRIDGET'S BABBLE Hi all,
I am moving again, which is good, it gets you organized. I have spent the last two and a half weeks sharing an apartment with Albert. My lesson...unconditional friendliness...Albert has it down pat...He has more friends in this little town than I will have in a lifetime.Off to hang with the ladies. Mexico is warm and sweet, the breeze, the smells *mostly good* and the beautiful ocean. I went for a lovely beach walk this morning listening to Jim Cuddy *of Blue Rodeo*. The waves have been huge, barrels, great for the surfers. Tessa and her household are surfing like crazy these days. I went for a nice swim and felt like I was getting washed out to sea...best swim back before...oh..oh...not going anywhere...don't panic...oh good I can touch bottom here..I'll force my way through the current...good now I can run out...boom... hit from behind with another wave...oh I'm out, yeah that was fun... I took a fabulous painting class last weekend..me a painter..well, I was so draw to a ladies art here en el centro that I signed up, two full days and three masterpieces later, I think I have a good beginning. The little studio with its thatched roof and blue glass walls made for a very pleasant surrounding...It has giving me the idea *I have several a day* to buy the old First Baptist Church and turn it into an art studio...anyone else interested? Let me know. My kindred spirit Vickie and her sidekick Dave are arriving here on Friday. I am looking forward to dancing and jamming with them. Dance classes are going well. Thinking about running a session at the pub when I get home in the summer. So, this little piece of paper was flitting around in my bag, so I lifted it out and read it again and thought, this is a beautiful affirmation. Thought I would share it will you'all. I received from a Women's Retreat called *The One Heart* that I attended it in the fall at a camp in the Turtle Mountains. It is by Louise Hay... Perfect health is my divine right and I claim it now. I forgive myself for not being perfect. I am living the very best way I know how. Life supplies all my needs in great abundance. I trust Life. My innate creativity surprises and delights me. I stand on my own two feet. I accept and use my own power. Have a grateful day..love ya Bridget |
